Bottom rack went in easily, no tools required. top rack was a bit more involved, but not by much. discovered video instructions had a different top spinner assembly than I had, but it wasn't too difficult to get out and back into the new top rack. Prying with a screwdriver eventually got it out, then is snapped into the new top rack
