Took apart dishwasher, if u need help go to u tube. Disposal blade was broke and nuts and spring had gotten stuck in the water pump area. Pulled those pieces out of pump area with tweezers and replaced disposal blade with new disposal cover. Dishwasher purrs like a cat and cleans like new! I am a mother ton4 and if I can do it anyone can!
Always try to fix appliances yourself first parts are a lot cheaper this way and you save in the fix it costs. I have fixed my oven, washing machine and dishwasher myself several times!!!
