In order to replace this, you must remove the "outer door". This service manual is a pretty good reference (page 37):

Note that this specific dishwasher has 12 screws that need to be removed before the outer door can be separated.
Once separated, don't even bother trying to push the broken handle out of the front as suggested. You will probably end up damaging the outer door. Instead, take some snips and cut the plastic clips that are holding the broken door handle in place from behind. It will practically drop out of the front.
Once the old handle is removed, simply insert the new handle from the front and snap it into place. Re-assemble the outer door and you're done!
