I took the rack out of the freezer section to gain access to the back panel. Once I removed the back panel to expose the coil and fan I noticed the fan was not spinning fast enough. I pulled the plug on the fan and checked voltage and Hertz. all checked good.
I got on your website found the fan, ordered it. When it arrived I had the fridge/freezer back up and running in 25 minutes .
Very simple fix for less than the cost of a service call .
