This was my first time using AppliancePartsPros.com's website and product. The site was very easy to use. The picture of my product was the actual door handle. The process from the order to delivery was about 5 workdays. The refrigerator door handle fit just as well as the original parts. I will use AppliancePartsPros.com again.
