Cleaned the dust covered coils. An appliance brush couldn't get past the first coil row to the remaining rows so I used an air compressor to blow out the rest of the coils. Be sure you have a good shop vac to get the dust that comes out. The start relay for the compressor needed to be replaced too. The attached capacitor tested OK with a multimeter that had that fuction (meter about $90). I turned off the refrigerator to reset it then plugged it in. I turned the frig to "on", it didn't start. I waited a minute or so and retried everything including unplugging the frig and redoing evrything. It started. But the frig still wasn't getting as cool as I hoped. I discovered a frozen dinner had fallen behind the lowest drawer and blocked 1/3 of the vent. Removed that and everything is doing great.
