Wasn't sure if it was the evaporator fan again or something else. Fan seemed to be OK, so just went down the list of possibilities. The run capacitor seemed like the easiest and least expensive way to go. Pretty easy fix, just pull out frig remove back panel, clean up the years of dust remove and replace capacitor. Took about a day to run through cycles, but next morning fridge was cold.
