After reviewing the troubleshooting page on this site for my model of fridge, it said that the majority of time it was the run capacitor that failed. The video showed that a panel needed to be removed, a wire clip needed to be removed, then the capacitor replaced. Putting the wire clip back on was the hardest step - the video made it look easier than it was. It took maybe 10 minutes to replace. Only tool needed was a 1/4" socket.
