Initially, I replaced both cams on the refrigerator side a few months ago but the door would make a "click" sound on opening and closing. I thought I had either done it wrong or used the wrong parts. I ordered the door closer kit and replaced the parts again. When I looked at the door again, I realized that I had not secured the bottom cam properly and it was moving along with the upper one and at two points in the opening movement the cams were fully locked which made a strange sound. I used a washer to make sure the bolt was securing the bottom cam properly and now the door works like new. The parts were the correct ones but I had to make sure the bottom cam was not moving along with the upper cam.
