I Googled parts for GE fridges and came across the website. It was easy to look up the correct part from there with my Model number. The box came in a few days later (I want to say about 2 or 3) with standard shipping. From there it was easy peasy. Only 3 screws to deal with. The only thing I would have liked is the option of buying only the fridge handle, but the freezer handle comes with it as well. Overall, very pleased with the buying process and will definitely use this site again if anything else breaks down.
