I called Appliance Parts Pros.com I photo shot the part and your knowledgeable parts department was able to find the part in no time and let me know everything was going to be ok. I was impressed with his patience and good manners. Within 10 minutes or so, my part was ordered and on its way. I was told that I could follow the instructions or call back and someone could help me. I'm impressed with the service and my refrigerator will look new by the time the part is back in place.
