GE service came to repair; tech said he needed to order a motherboard and would return. After a few days of silence, I called GE and was told the part was on backorder and was expected in 5-6 months! Somehow GE didn't think they needed to tell me that in spite of having no refrigerator. I initially ordered one from GE parts which did not indicate any back order status. I called the next day, and behold it was the same delay story. Again, no notice that the part was not immediately available. I then turned to AppliancePartsPros.com and had the part in 2 days (4th July delayed delivery). Replacement of the part was fussy but not difficult, and now I have a functioning fridge rather than a $5000 boat anchor. I discovered the door gasket on the freezer was funky so turned to AppliancePartsPros.com for a replacement. It was on back order but the website clearly indicated the status and likely delay. I am thrilled with your service and prices. I cannot imagine going elsewhere whenever I need a part. Bravo!!
