Marlon M Pembroke Pines , FL November 18, 2015 The refrigerator side it wasn't working at all but the freezer side it was working normal I checked all the defrost components in my refrigerator and I notice the defrost heater element it was short it out , I mean completely burned out... So I ordered the evaporator ensemble and I and replace it, it wasn't easy but thank God Iam a A/C refrigeration technician and now the refrigerator is working like brand new...
