Refrigerator wasn't cooling and compressor was hot. I watch the video, pulled off the cardboard and back and saw that the fan wasn't turning. Ordered this motor and swapped it out. The challenging parts were splicing the wires in a small area under the fridge since the motor didn't have a plastic plug in connection like my original one did. The instructions however we're very clear; it was just the tight work space. The other challenge was getting the fan spin without vibrating it's metal frame. Before you remove your old fan, pay attention to what is holding its frame in place. I think I broke a little plastic piece that kept the fan from getting too close to the condenser. I drilled a little hole and reconnected it with some zip ties. Fridge works great now in the fan spins quietly and in place.
