Shad F Cumming , GA November 03, 2015 Appliance: Model KENMORE SIDE BY SIDE Refrigerator wasn't cooling but freezer was very cold I ordered a new air diffuser and replaced both thermistors. Refrigerator now works like new and both sides are cooling properly.
