Ordered the part and since we live about an hour from one of APP'S shipping points, got it the next day. Watched the very helpful video linked with the confirmation email and15 minutes later, the part was in place and the kitchen floor was dry again. I hope I don't need any more parts in the future, but if so, APP is where I'll go to get them. Great company and at the lowest cost of the six online and local companies I checked. Thanks!
