Mark C Aquebogue , NY October 10, 2014 Our refrigerator wouldn't cool and there was a constant clicking sound AppliancePartsPros diagnosed the problem as a faulty overload relay switch. Using their tutorial video we were able to fix the problem in less than a half hour. I had to reorder the part after getting the wrong one. Speaking to a tech made the process of returning and reordering the proper part much easier. Apparently part and models numbers don't always match up. I would suggest having the old part in front of you while you discuss the problem with the appliance tech. This will help immensely in ensuring that you get the right part. Overall this experience was a great one and I'm sure that I saved myself the headache and cost of getting a service call to fix the appliance.
