I ordered the drain hose from your company. The hose kit had a long hose. (To reach drain connection on the disposal) a short hose to the water pump under the unit. The short hose you sent was to short. So I had modify the hose to work using the new and old hose. Put it all together and installed it correctly and it worked out great. I didn't want to waist time sending things back and forth. I'm a retired automotive technician/instructor and I know this will work out fine. I'm just glad I could get things to work.
