Scott E Livermore , CA November 15, 2015 Appliance: Frigidaire Electric Range FEFL78CQA Frigidaire Range Fefl78cqa: Rnage blew house power ocb blew. How to replace Oven Clock Overlay. Removed the range, took off back panel and tested power leads and range element. Removed OCB and visually found the relay had blown. Replaced the terminal strip (original installers had busted the hot lead and left the wire wrapped with electrical tape) and then applied the overlay to the Oven Control Board.
