Purchased new dishracks from AppliancePartsPros.com. One of the racks was factory defective and AppliancePartsPros.com shipped a new one the next day. I'm very satisfied. The racks were easy to install. I only needed to pop some plastic parts from the old racks to install on the new ones. The rusted racks were vinyl coated- the new ones are nylon coated so I hope they last longer.
