Ordered replacement racks and installed. Installation was straightforward for both racks. Lower rack just required inserting. Upper rack had a few more steps. Removing stopper clamps so old rack could be removed, then removing spraying arm from old rack, placing sprayer arm on new rack, inserting new rack in dishwasher, and putting back on stopper clamps. Required no tools. P.S. - Shipping was fast. I mean SUPER fast. Received parts day after ordering. Parts were as described. Will def order from this supplier again.
