Nothing earth shattering here. I inherited my Mom's gently used KitchenAid direct drive washing machine and electric dryer. Unbeknownst to us she must have spilled an entire container of liquid detergent that seeped all over the lint screen and rusted it out over the years. The lint screen was really in sorry condition. So glad to find an OEM factory replacement screen that actually fits. 20 seconds later, good as new!
