After over an hour of trying to get Samsung to come out and look at it, as it was the third breakdown in less a year. I called appliance parts after some You Tube research. A very friendly and helpful staff listened to my problem , he then did some more research, together we determined with great probability what the problem was. The 35 dollar part was far less than the Samsung rip and even less the the local repair rip off guy. The part arrived on time , I installed it and completed the repair.
