We have had off-and-on freezing of the water in the fill tube on the drawer ice maker on our Samsung. I don't remember the model #. after several times taking the tube out, defrosting and it working for a few weeks, it finally went to just a day or two.
Removed, and installed this new blanket and thus far it seems to be working perfectly.
The time involved is longer than the repair really is due to the thaw time of the tube. sped up with hot water in the sink.
Ordered the part on Thursday, and received it on Friday.
