George K West Hills , CA May 24, 2016 Samsung dryer drum was broke and damaged All I can say we are 100% satisfied from time which I contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE( what a pleasure was speaking with) to super timely delivery of the requested part (couple of days before was promised), and the price was just fantastic and reasonable and I am sure I will not have need to worry for warranty because the drum was exact replacement and fully ready for installation and has their warranty any ways.
