I removed the heating element assembly that consisted of the heating coils/element, a Thermostat and Thermal fuse. I put a multimeter on all 3 to check for continuity, this would tell me which part needed replaced. The coil/element was good, however the Thermostat was bad. In addition the Thermostat had signal continuity, but a low Ohms reading. I ordered both the Thermostat & Thermal fuse to replace. I ordered the Parts on a Friday and they arrived on the following Monday. Reassembled the dryer & runs fine. The complete heating assembly runs $150-$170. By identifying the correct parts to replace it only ran me $64 (and that included shipping). I will definitely becoming back to Appliance Parts Pros in the future.
