With the help of several You Tube videos I was able to diagnose the problem. Diagnosis was confirmed with the help of a multi-meter. The thermo fuse was dead. I ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pros on Wednesday and it arrived via UPS on Friday afternoon. The fuse was very easy to remove and replace and my range was up and running in less than 15 minutes. Local repair service wanted $100 to do the diagnosis plus parts plus a return trip for installation. I got the part from Appliance Parts Pros for less than $5.00 plus shipping. I did the install on my schedule, not theirs.
