I went on line and to your site to determine what could cause the error. Found out that this is a common problem most likely caused be the Switch Membrane or the Circuit Board.
I followed the directions to clean the contacts on the Board and in the wiring which connects to it as the error is sometimes caused by steam or crease rising from cooking on the range below it.
Cleaning and inspecting the Board didn't do the trick and the microwave still had a mind of its own and would start up in the baked potatoe auto mode bt itself. I summized that the problem may be in the Switch Membrane.
I ordered the part from you and it acme quickly and much cheaper that what Samsung wanted as well as your site had some repair tips that were very helpfull....
