I noticed on the plug that the ground pin was bent/broken. I know that these refrigerators need to show active ground otherwise will not cool to protect condenser. I ordered part from AppliancePartsPros.com, and watched video to replace power cord. I took a $40 gamble and replaced power cord. The refrigerator did not cool right away, but left it plugged in for about 45 min and came back to hear the quiet condenser and opened freezer and refrigerator side and felt the cold air. Now I can sell this refrigerator my wife bought for $100 and will; sell it for $500.
