Using your site as a guide, we opened the back panel, to discover that there was a ton of ice in there. We surmised (based on your videos and info) that it was the fan so we ordered one. It came a day ahead of schedule and we again used your site to guide us through the replacement. We closed it up and within a day, we were back in business! We just saved so much money.
