Initially, an appliance repair guy who hate Samsung suggested trying a new solenoid for the water valve. I replaced that according to the AppliancePartsPros.com “how-to” video and no change. In doing my own research, I found it was likely the heating element. I purchased the entire full tube assembly for $20 more, and it was so much easier to replace than just the heating element. Now it works. So appreciative of the different AppliancePartsPros.com “how-to” videos. They totally helped.
