After calling around to several parts places in Charlotte I was given the advise to try your website. I used the online chat and Dustin, the online agent, helped to identify the proper part that I needed. It was approximately $18.00 less before taxes than the comparable part in town. I was reluctant but looked at the reviews and they sounded good. I ordered the part before 4 p.m. EDT on Thursday to make sure it shipped that day. It was only $6.95 which was still considerably cheaper than the price in town and I never had to leave my home. I chose basic shipping with approximate arrival between 2 and 5 business days. This was on a Thursday. The part arrived Saturday, a day and a half later, and my husband fixed it immediately. Appliance Pros has my vote for an A -1 website and parts supplier. I would recommend to anyone that wants to do a DIY and save on service calls. They also had a video to accompany the parts information online. You are a class act!! Happy in Charlotte with my refrigerator running like a charm!!
