Wasted a bunch of time on the Samsung helpline. Wasted a bunch of time waiting for the Samsung repairman to call and schedule the repair. Gave up on them. Wasted a bunch of time trying to find appliance repair in our area. Either no callback or was told they don’t work on Samsung appliances. Decided to try and fix it myself.
