Unplug microwave. Remove two top vent screws. Open door. Slide upper vent to left and lift off. Remove top screw to control assembly. Lift up on control panel and pull out. Pivot top away from unit. Unplug all plugs. Lift locking tab on ribbon connector (connects circuit board to touchpad. remove screws holding circuit board to panel. Remove circuit board and set aside. Using a flat blade screwdriver, gently pry cover tabs to release from metal retainer board. Flip memory pad cover plastic over and remove the memory pad and foil backing together. Remove all residual glue from plastic cover. Insert new memory pad ribbon connector into slots on plastic panel. Remove adhesive backing and gently press new memory pad into position ribbon connector side first. Reassemble in reverse order.
