Found a youtube video on how to fix the problem. Suggested to replace DAMPERS. At first, my husband and I were skeptical about it but our washing machine is not working anymore. So, we decided to give it a try. So grateful that we followed all the suggestions on what/how to do it yourself on the video. It helped us saved $$$.
