Easy fix. Watched video and it was simple. The big deal here is they sent me the parts that arrived on a Saturday at my office and were left at the front door by Fed Ex. The package was stolen by the time I arrived Monday. I emailed customer service and they sent me replacement parts at no cost. This was going above and beyond to satisfy me and make me happy. I would recommend Appliance Parts Pros to anyone who wants to repair their own appliances and be well taken care of if there is a problem.
