Make sure you let all parts warm to room temp before attempting to remove the front from the old drawer. There is a small lip on the bottom of the drawer that locks it in place. We used a butter knife to gently release it from that lip then it slides right up and off. Same with putting the old front on the new drawer, just slide it on then use a butter knife or putty knife to gently work it over that lip on the bottom to lock it into place. Just like brand new!
