The washer had a very slight water leak at the front. There was a small 1/4 inch tear in the bellow lip that seals to the door. Must have caught it with a pants zipper or something else that caused it. Their video on how to replace the bellow was a great help and showed exactly how to replace the bellow. The bellow was shipped the same day as advised and arrived in two days. It was in perfect condition. It took me a little longer than the technician on the video but all went perfectly with no surprises. With the front panel off, I also opened and cleaned the strainer finding a dime.
