Opened up the dryer using the video on your web site to find out which part was broken. After receiving the new part, it was easy to open it back up again and swap out the parts. I did not realize, at first, that the upper duct and slides were commonly replaced, otherwise I would have replaced those at the same time. Purely my fault, because I didn't look at that info on the website at the time I placed the order. Also, I ordered the felt trap duct but found that I didn't need it, since the trap duct assembly was already included it.
