I was at my wits end. It seemed Noone had the same priblem. My fridge water dispenser was working, just at about half speed. I replaced the filter at least 4 times and it was always the same it worked just not as fast as it should. BTW, I have a Samsung RF4287HARS. There was also a humming/slight vibrating when using the water dispenser. I explained what was going on to the online chat and they recommended the filter assembly case. I replaced it and wala. It work as it should.
