I noticed that the belt was slippery due to a water leak from the pump. I decided to replace the water pump and the belt. The result: is working like a new washing machine. I've repair this washing machine four times in 25 years and it is still going.
My wife likes to boast that her appliances last a very long time because she takes good care of them. I have to constantly remind her that I'm the one fixing them every time they break. Lol,
