First, I determined the problem by researching issue on Appliance Parts Pro website with model number of dish washer.
I learned the problem was the shaft seal which required two parts to fix.
I ordered the parts on a Friday and the parts arrived at my house on Saturday by FedEx. Jacksonville to Marietta GA.
I watched the repair video several times to see the steps of the repair.
I personally did the repair and all is good. The shaft seal was the problem.
