Ordered the original part on a Saturday afternoon, but I was unsure that I had ordered the correct part, so decided to use the chat feature on the following week to check. Yes, you guessed it I ordered the incorrect part, but the online agent placed the correct order and advised me of the return procedures. Got the part last week, installed it on Saturday, then went to 4:00 mass, out to dinner and a movie. The money I saved took care of the dinner, movie, a nice amount in the collection plate and still pocketed about $200. Based on what I paid someone to do a minor repair about a year ago.
