First I searched the problem on google and came across a Youtune video that actually was posted by Appliancepartspros.com. This video showed how to perform the repair. We tried the process with the current spring and it proved to work, only once. So, we found out a new spring was required. When searching for a part I found Appliancepartsproa also had the part we needed in stock. I ordered the part on a Friday morning and received it Saturday. I was extremely pleased! The repair took 5 minutes and included just a screwdriver!
