John B Mesa , AZ November 08, 2022 Appliance: Model SHU42L06UC/18 The soap dispenser door would not stay closed. Then it broke, when I was trying to take it off. I followed the video instructions provided online, which were clear and helpful. The installation of the dispenser wasn't as easy as shown in their video. The "snaps" were very tight to get back on. Had to help with the handle of a screwdriver, then pounded the blade to get the snaps securely on the retainers. Not so easy. But I didn't want it to slip out or leak. The floor under the door is dry after several cycles of the dishwasher.
