We had to unscrew the front panel off the door, being careful not to rip the electronic ribbon that connected the panel to the door! We temporarily put a screw in to keep the top display panel attached to the interior panel while we worked so we didn't worry about ripping out the electronics to the display.
Then we unscrewed the 6 screws holding this soap dispenser and removed the 2 wires.
we then cleaned it up a bit and then put new one in place, screwed it back in, connected the 2 wires.
Then we had to carefully disconnect the display and hold the panel and the interior door together and reassemble the front door.
It took about an hour.
