I'm not very handy with even simple mechanical stuff, but I'll try to fix things anyway. It did take me a while to review the product videos and select the parts I thought I would need. So I placed the order and got the parts VERY quickly. It took about ten minutes to install them. I loaded up and ran the dishwasher.
The dishes came out cleaner than they had been in months and even the inside of the dishwasher was clean as new!
