This is a very easy repair. Simply remove (3) T-20 screws and lift out the part. Keep in mind that the “nubs” on the standpipe are upgraded from the original and the part in general looks a bit different as it has been refined over the years. Hopefully this will deal with the issue of these locking “nubs” from breaking off and causing the sprayer arm to come shooting off. Also note that the sprayer arm mount locks down by turning counter clockwise onto the standpipe once the new one is installed. The reason for this is that the sprayer arm also turns counter clockwise when in operation and that ensures that the arm won’t unthread itself and come off on its own.
