I watched the videos and then took apart the machine. Removed the drum and replaced bearing. While it was apart I replaced the drive belt also. I then installed a new front support bearing and slides. The most difficulty I had was to get the bearing attached to the back of the drum, it is very far to each into the drum to reach the screws while holding the bearing in place on the backside of the drum. You should have someone help you with this simple but awkward task.
