This was my first experience with AppliancePartsPros.com. I used the dryer repair kit and felt drum seal.The website is great; chat helped me identify proper parts and answered questions before ordering; videos and customer comments were extremely helpful and gave me the direction and confidence needed to tackle the job. Parts arrived next day during the pandemic. A++. I have booked marked site and will use this company again. I have some skills and don't mind tinkering. It is always the small things that seem to give me a hard time. In this job the triangular nylon clips to hold the rollers in place were a challenge to remove and install; replacing the front and holding the drum in place would probably be much easier with a second set of hands; and getting the rear felt seal properly aligned and in place on reassemble was tricky. I had to manually turn the drum while holding front of dryer in place and tucking the felt seal in properly. Again two more hands would have been smart. Take pictures before taking apart for things like the tensioner pulley and seating of drum front and rear. Overall this was not a bad project and AppliancePartsPros was great. I will recommend .
